We're Hiring: Logistics Coordinator???? Location: 6th of October City, Egypt We are a hospitality procurement consultancy specializing in FF&E and OS&E for hotel pre-opening projects. We support luxury hotels and hospitality developments with international sourcing, shipping, customs clearance, and delivery coordination. We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. Main Responsibilities Coordinate sea and air freight shipments. Follow up with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and logistics companies. Coordinate customs clearance procedures in Egypt and the MENA region. Handle ACI portal requirements and ACID number creation. Request and compare freight quotations. Track shipments, documents, delivery schedules, and potential delays. Coordinate delivery, warehousing, and installation requirements with the project team. Requirements2–4 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customs clearance. Good knowledge of sea and air freight procedures. Experience with customs clearance in Egypt. ACI and ACID experience is preferred. Good English and strong communication skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow up on multiple shipments. Experience in hospitality, FF&E, or OS&E is an advantage. Candidates living in or near 6th of October City are preferred.???? Salary: EGP 15,000–18,000 net per month.
