Job Description and Key Responsibilities

Execute and evaluate new or modified painting products to ensure their quality.

Provide practical and on-the-job training on the use and application of various painting products.

Conduct practical models and direct samples at customer sites.

Participate in developing and implementing modern techniques and tools for painting and coating operations.

Evaluate trainee performance and provide professional recommendations to enhance their efficiency and develop their skills.

Maintain accurate documentation and prepare detailed periodic reports on workflow progress.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards (5S) and safety regulations in all application areas.

Perform regular and periodic maintenance of painting tools and equipment to ensure continuous efficiency.

Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as the "Kaizen" methodology.

Perform any other job-related tasks assigned by the direct manager that benefit the organization.

Strictly apply health, safety, and environmental requirements, with full authority to stop any activities that do not meet standards.

Ensure that all supervised employees comply with occupational safety guidelines and rules.

Make decisive decisions regarding procedures that impact occupational health and safety or the environment.
