- Coordinate with different departments, marketing, sales and supporting teams to achieve the strategic plans & targets on long & short terms.
- Analysis of related industry market dynamics.
- Revise and study outputs of different design & engineering stages to assure compliance with initial project brief.
- Ensuring project profitability by monitoring project progress.
- Coordinate architectural and technical disciplines.
- Identify technical risks and propose practical solutions.
- Review design drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate activities among consultants and ensure proper interface between disciplines.
- Monitor design development against the approved development brief.
- Follow up on design changes and maintain proper documentation.
- Monitor the approval process and highlight potential delays or issues.
- Ensure project documentation is aligned with authority requirements.
- Coordinate with project management teams, consultants, and contractors.
- Support and work on the preparation of the feasibility Study conducted for the project.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- 5 years of experience in real estate industry and at least 3 years in development
- Experience in real estate, business parks, commercial, or administrative buildings
