Role Description The Tour Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Maadi. This role involves advising clients on travel options, designing customized itineraries, and coordinating guided tours with a focus on Egypt’s key destinations. The Tour Consultant will handle inquiries, provide detailed travel information, manage bookings and reservations, and ensure that all logistical arrangements meet client expectations. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with travelers, understanding their preferences and budgets, recommending suitable packages, and following up to confirm satisfaction before, during, and after trips. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth tour operations and uphold Hollywood Vacations’ service standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel & Tourism to design and recommend suitable itineraries and packages.
• Candidates should possess skills in Guided Tours to coordinate and support on-the-ground tour activities for individuals and groups.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients, understand needs, and resolve issues professionally.
• Knowledge of Egypt’s major attractions, culture, and travel logistics is highly beneficial.
• Experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Maadi and manage multiple client requests with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Arabic or other foreign languages are an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking systems or CRM tools.
