Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related field) or equivalent practical experience. Solid understanding of solar PV system design, components, and performance considerations. Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously. Demonstrated skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support for solar or related energy systems. Proven experience in Sales and Customer Service, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Strong Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
