Junior Operation Engineer

Job Summary

• Maintain the Garment IO system in factories support onboarding train factory teams and respond to day-to-day inquiries.
  

• Manage and resolve operational and technical issues promptly escalating when necessary.
  

• Analyze and document new-factory requirements and map manufacturing processes before deployment.
  

• Conduct regular factory visits for consultancy system support and training.
  

• Maintain clear prompt and accurate communication with factory stakeholders and internal teams.
  

• Monitor customer satisfaction system adoption account health and ongoing customer success.
  

• Gather customer feedback identify improvement opportunities prepare accurate reports and follow up on outstanding actions.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Production Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
  

• 02 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates may be considered.
  

• Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
  

• Clear communication skills and the ability to train and support factory users.
  

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes ERP MES AI tools or similar systems is an advantage.
  

• Customer-focused adaptable and willing to learn.
  

• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
  

• Willing and able to travel frequently to factories within Egypt.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience ideally in technology or garment manufacturing. Strong communication negotiation and organizational skills. Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Basic knowledge of garment manufacturing processes. Preferred: Experience with B2B sales and SaaS systems. Preferred: Familiarity with digital marketing.
