Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented French Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through different recruitment channels.
• Conduct phone and online interviews to assess candidates’ skills and suitability.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial screening to offer stage.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates and hiring teams.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.

Requirements

• Fluent French and English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good interviewing and candidate-assessment skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Previous recruitment experience is a plus, but fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
