Role Description The Site Engineer at PERFECT is a full-time, on-site role based in Egypt. The person in this role oversees day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising site teams, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, monitoring progress against schedules, and supporting quality control procedures. The Site Engineer will review structural and civil engineering designs, prepare daily reports, and address technical issues that arise on site. This role also involves clear communication with project managers and stakeholders to support timely decision-making and successful project delivery.

• Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision skills and practical experience in field execution.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills for coordinating with teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess quality control skills, including monitoring workmanship and compliance with standards.
• Candidates should possess structural engineering and civil engineering knowledge relevant to construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building codes in Egypt.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documents.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety practices.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering or construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project) is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in construction projects is preferred.
