• Monitoring transactions and assessing teammate performance.

• Hosting calibration sessions to ensure alignment on scoring.

• Providing feedback and sharing audit-based briefing points with stakeholders.

• Completing knowledge tests and staying updated on process changes.

• Conducting quality team meetings and discussing improvement plans with Operations and Training.

• Receiving supervisor feedback on audits via the Audit over Audit (AoA) process.
