Role Description The English Quality Assurance Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. In this role, the specialist reviews and evaluates English-language content across applications, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency with brand guidelines. Daily tasks include checking interface texts, in-app messages, help documentation, and marketing materials for grammar, tone, and cultural appropriateness. The specialist coordinates with product, localization, and customer support teams to refine English copy, provide feedback, and help maintain a high-quality user experience. The role also involves documenting common issues, proposing improvements, and supporting training related to English language standards.
Qualifications

• Strong English Teaching and Training skills to guide teams on language standards and best practices.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and support user-facing quality initiatives.
• Proficiency in Translation and localization concepts to adapt content appropriately for diverse English-speaking audiences.
• Advanced command of written and spoken English, with exceptional grammar, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under deadlines in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Familiarity with social entertainment or internet products is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Translation, Education, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Maadi and collaborate with international teams in a multicultural setting.
