Job Description and KPls

Main Job Description:

* Search for and identify relevant tender, RFP, RFQ, and business opportunities.

* Review tender documents and requirements to determine submission eligibility and compliance requirements.

* Prepare, write, and compile technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and tender documents.

* Collect required information, documents, case studies, credentials, and pricing inputs.

* Develop proposal content tailored to client requirements and evaluation criteria.

* Prepare compliance matrices, checklists, and submission documentation.

* Draft executive summaries, company profiles, methodologies, project approaches, and technical responses.

* Prepare financial proposals and quotations in coordination with management and the finance department.

* Ensure all proposals and tender submissions are completed accurately and submitted before deadlines.

Follow up on submitted proposals, clarification requests, and tender results.

* Maintain and update tender, proposal, and opportunity tracking databases.

* Conduct market and competitor research to strengthen proposal quality and competitiveness.

* Support business development activities by identifying potential clients and new opportunities.

* Maintain proposal templates, company credentials, and supporting documentation.

* Attend clarification meetings, presentations, and client meetings when required.

* Perform any additional tasks required to support proposal development, tender submissions, and business growth.
