Identify and explore potential real estate investment opportunities (residential, commercial, or land). Conduct market research and analyze property values, trends, and Return on Investment (ROI). Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, agents, developers, and property owners. Evaluate properties through financial models and feasibility studies. Lead negotiations with sellers to secure the best acquisition terms. Work closely with legal and financial teams to finalize deals. Manage and update the list of acquisition opportunities and continuously follow up on deal progress.
