• Manage and follow up on the company’s insurance policies and related documentation.

• Coordinate with insurance companies, brokers, and relevant external parties.

• Handle and follow up on Marine Insurance matters, including Hull & Machinery, P&I, and related marine risks.

• Follow up on insurance claims, settlements, and required supporting documents.

• Ensure timely renewal of insurance policies and maintain accurate insurance records.

• Review insurance coverage, terms, and conditions to ensure they meet the company’s requirements.

• Coordinate insurance requirements related to vessels, shipyard operations, projects, equipment, employees, and company assets.

• Prepare insurance reports and maintain proper documentation and filing.

• Provide support to different departments regarding insurance-related matters.

• Follow up on claims and ensure proper communication between the company and insurance providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in insurance companies or insurance departments, preferably within the Marine / Shipyard / Construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of Marine Insurance and general insurance principles.

• Practical experience in handling insurance policies, claims, renewals, and negotiations.

• Good understanding of Hull & Machinery and P&I Insurance is highly preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

• Very good command of English, written and spoken.

• Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
