• Act as the main technical link between the office design plans and the physical construction on the ground

• Safety Enforcement: Monitoring health and safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work area for all crews.

• Documentation: Maintaining clear site logs, tracking material usage, and writing progress reports for stakeholders

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.

• Technical Skills: Ability to read complex blueprints, 2D/3D design software, and land-surveying equipment.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, leadership, and time-management capabilities
