Role Description The Solutions Architect – LMS role is a full-time, on-site position based in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves designing and architecting learning management system (LMS) solutions that align with client requirements, technical standards, and business objectives. Responsibilities include translating business needs into technical designs, defining system integrations, and collaborating with software development teams to ensure scalable and secure implementations. The Solutions Architect will work closely with stakeholders to conduct requirements analysis, provide consulting guidance, and optimize business processes related to LMS platforms. Day-to-day tasks include preparing solution documentation, supporting implementation and testing activities, and contributing to continuous improvement of architectures, patterns, and best practices.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Solution Architecture skills, with experience designing end-to-end enterprise or LMS solutions.
• Candidates should possess Consulting and stakeholder management skills to gather requirements, advise clients, and align solutions with business goals.
• Candidates should possess Software Development and Integration skills, including familiarity with APIs, middleware, and common LMS technologies.
• Candidates should possess Business Process understanding, with the ability to analyze, model, and improve workflows related to learning and training operations.
• Relevant experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, or similar), system design, and implementation in telecom or IT environments is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and documentation quality.
• Effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams on-site.
