Associate, Social Insurance

Job Description

The Social Insurance Associate is responsible for handling complex social insurance transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations, supporting process improvements, and acting as a subject matter expert for the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and review social insurance transactions.
• Handle complex employee cases and escalations.
• Coordinate with government offices regarding social insurance matters.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of required documentation.
• Support audits and compliance activities.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior team members.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Track and report operational metrics.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, HR, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Social Insurance operations.
• Strong understanding of Egyptian Social Insurance laws and practices.
• Experience handling Form 1, Form 6, salary updates, and compliance activities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
