Responsibilities :
Prepare and develop full electrical design packages, including lighting, power, low current systems, and earthing/lightning protection.
Create and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit in accordance with project standards and BIM guidelines.
Perform cross-disciplinary clash detection and resolution using Navisworks, coordinating seamlessly with Architectural, Structural, and Mechanical (MEP) teams.
Generate shop drawings, material take-offs (BOQ), single-line diagrams (SLDs), and technical specifications.
Ensure all designs comply with local and international electrical codes and standards (e.g., IEC, NFPA, SBC).
Requirements & Qualifications
:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience: 5 to 7years of proven experience in electrical design and BIM modeling.
Software Proficiency: Mastery of Autodesk Revit Electrical, AutoCAD, Navisworks , DIALux, and electrical calculation software (e.g., ETAP, Schneider EcoStruxure).
Strong understanding of BIM workflows, Level of Development (LOD 300–400), and CDE processes.
good command of written and spoken English.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
