Techmart is looking for an experienced Senior Sales / Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Lead, coach, and motivate the team

• Monitor KPIs, sales performance and branch targets

• Support the team with daily operations.

• Ensure excellent customer service and smooth store operations.

• Support inventory, merchandising, and company standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Target-driven with excellent customer-service skills.

• Passion for technology and electronics.
