Duties and Responsibilities: Monitoring attendance and leave, and preparing payroll. Supervising employee files and social insurance. Applying incentive and penalty policies. Supporting training and development programs. Contributing to creating a disciplined and positive work environment. Requirements: 2 to 5 years of experience in the field of human resources within factories or industrial companies. Good knowledge of labor law and insurance. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs. Strong communication skills and ability to deal with workers and management. Residents of 15th of May City and Helwan are preferred.
