Are you a senior telesales closer with a proven track record in visa sales? Join our team and turn your skills into results.
Your Role
✅ Convert inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, social media) into paying clients
✅ Follow up and close warm and cold leads
✅ Advise clients on the right visa type, requirements, and documents
✅ Upsell add-on services
✅ Manage your pipeline on the CRM and exceed monthly targets
✅ Coordinate with the operations team for smooth file handover
Requirements
4+ years of telesales experience, including 2–3 years selling visa or travel services
Fluent English (spoken & written) is a must
Proven record of exceeding sales targets
Strong knowledge of Schengen, UK, USA, Canada & Gulf visas
Confident closer with excellent objection-handling and negotiation skills
Proactive, target-driven, and organized
Key KPIs
Daily call activity and fast lead response
Lead-to-client conversion rate
Monthly sales target achievement
Consistent follow-up on all open leads
️ Accurate daily CRM updates
