Job title: HR Specialist.

• Location: On-site, 10th of Ramadan City.
• Employment: Full-time, Sunday–Thursday.
• Preference for candidates living in 10th of Ramadan or nearby areas.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for engineers, technicians, and office staff.
• Maintain HR records, employee files, and documentation.
• Handle attendance, leaves, and related HR reports.
• Prepare and follow up on employment contracts in line with Egyptian labor law and social insurance.
• Coordinate HR data with accounting for payroll and benefits.
• Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with training activities, performance appraisals, and basic employee relations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in industrial/technical companies.
• Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent Arabic; good command of English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS/attendance systems is a plus.
