Role Description The Application Supervisor (AI / LLM & .Net) is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. This position oversees the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of applications that leverage AI, large language models, and .Net technologies to support Xceed’s BPO operations. The supervisor coordinates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize feature requests, and translate business needs into scalable, secure, and reliable application solutions. Daily responsibilities include supervising developers, reviewing code and solution designs, ensuring integration with existing systems, monitoring application performance, and troubleshooting complex technical issues. The role also involves implementing best practices, mentoring team members, contributing to training and documentation, and collaborating with stakeholders to continuously improve tools that enhance customer and agent experiences.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 4 years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a senior or leadership role.

- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and REST APIs.

- Experience with PostgreSQL or SQL Server.

- Good knowledge of React or Angular.

- Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and LLM integration is a strong advantage.

- Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Fluent in English.
