Required Tasks: 1- Monitor surveillance camera screens to ensure employees and visitors follow the company's standard operating policies and procedures. 2- Monitor surveillance camera screens to ensure employees and visitors follow the company's standard operating policies and procedures. 3- Immediately report to the direct manager upon observing any suspicious movements by individuals or the presence of strangers in the premises. 4- Prepare a daily report of all violations in the branch or department and send it to the company's General Manager. 5- Retrieve and record certain recorded footage whenever requested for investigation purposes. 6- Report all surveillance camera malfunctions to the technical support officer to work on repairing them and maintaining proper workflow. 7- Prepare daily and monthly reports to submit to the direct manager. 8- Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager at the same level of responsibility. 9- Inform the direct manager of locations that require additional cameras. Professional Abilities and Skills: - Knowledge of surveillance camera monitoring systems. - Ability to pay attention to details, maintain high focus, and follow up. - Ability to act immediately and respond quickly in various emergency situations. - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Requirements: - Good appearance. - Experience in the field of CCTV monitoring. - Accuracy and observation skills. - Proximity of residence (Shobra El Kheima).
