Job OverviewWe are looking for a Branch Sales Manager with leadership experience and a passion for achieving results, to lead the sales team, oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensure the achievement of sales targets, and enhance customer satisfaction in the food product distribution sector.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading, managing, and motivating the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.Preparing and implementing sales plans and strategies for the branch.Monitoring performance indicators, analyzing sales results, and proposing improvement plans.Building strong relationships with existing clients and attracting new ones.Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with warehouse management and the supply chain to ensure product availability.Supervising the implementation of company policies and customer service standards.Preparing periodic sales reports and submitting them to management.
