We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer / Lead Generation Specialist to manage Facebook & Instagram (Meta) ads and generate qualified B2B leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and optimize Meta/Facebook advertising campaigns.
  • Research target audiences and manage advertising budgets.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and research potential B2B leads.
  • Use Upwork to find and target relevant projects and potential clients.
  • Track leads and provide regular performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager / Facebook Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta audience targeting, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Upwork.
  • Strong lead generation and digital marketing skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proven campaign results.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
