JOB TITLE
Manager, Sales Operations | MAF Properties | Head Office
ROLE SUMMARY
Manager, Sales Operations, Collections & Partner Support leads sales operations, collections and partner support across Majid Al Futtaim’s Egypt residential and commercial portfolio, ensuring governance, operational excellence and business alignment. The role manages sales operations, collections, broker support, governance, systems and reporting, drives improvement, and serves as Egypt’s custodian of sales policies, SOPs and DOA compliance across all projects. Ensuring standards across teams.
ROLE PROFILE

• Lead Sales Operations, Collections, and Partner Support teams to achieve business objectives, sales targets, and operational excellence.
• Oversee end-to-end sales operations from reservation to handover, ensuring compliance with commercial terms, policies, and DOA requirements.
• Manage customer collections, revenue assurance, payment plans, collection risks, and exception approvals.
• Lead Partner Support and Broker Operations, including onboarding, compliance, commission governance, and broker experience.
• Own Sales Policies, SOPs, and Delegation of Authority governance, ensuring compliance, controls, and audit readiness.
• Drive CRM, Salesforce, automation, digitization, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Ensure operational readiness for project launches, including systems, processes, approvals, training, and governance requirements.
• Oversee reporting, KPIs, stakeholder management, data integrity, and team development while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

• 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Collections, or Business Operations, including 3-5 years within Egypt’s real estate sector and experience managing governance and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, Delegation of Authority (DOA), internal controls, and operational compliance.
• Expertise in real estate sales operations, collections, broker management, and Egypt's residential and commercial market.
• Proficiency in CRM and sales platforms (preferably Salesforce), with strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities, with proven experience leading cross-functional teams, developing sales policies, SOPs and process controls, while driving operational excellence, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
