Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Application Supervisor role based in Cairo, focused on AI/LLM and .NET applications. The Application Supervisor oversees the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of AI-driven and .NET-based solutions that support Xceed’s business operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing application roadmaps, leading a team of developers and technical specialists, and ensuring high availability, performance, and security of business-critical systems. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and coordinating application enhancements and integrations. The Application Supervisor also provides advanced technical support, mentors team members, conducts training on new tools and features, and ensures compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and data protection regulations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 4 years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a senior or leadership role.

- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and REST APIs.

- Experience with PostgreSQL or SQL Server.

- Good knowledge of React or Angular.

- Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and LLM integration is a strong advantage.

- Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Fluent in English
