Role: Asset Reliability Service Engineer

NATCOM is looking for a technically strong Asset Reliability Service Engineer to deliver predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, and asset reliability services. The role will involve field service, data analysis, troubleshooting, technical reporting, and providing recommendations to improve the reliability and performance of critical industrial assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute assigned service, inspection and maintenance tasks safely and within agreed schedules.
• Collect and document vibration/condition-monitoring data and support basic machinery diagnostics.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for rotating and utility equipment.
• Prepare accurate service reports, maintenance records and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with the Reliability Services team and develop practical expertise in vibration analysis and predictive maintenance.

To Quilify

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering field.
• 2 years of experience in asset reliability, condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, or industrial services.
• Previous experience in Oil & Gas or industrial sectors is preferred.
• Good knowledge of condition monitoring and predictive maintenance techniques.
• Previous experience with Emerson/CSI condition monitoring systems and Machinery Health Manager (MHM) software is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
