The beautiful Hilton Alexandria Old Town is looking for a creative Director of Food and Beverage to lead their team. Located in Alexandria Hilton Alexandria Old Town is in the historical district minutes from George Washington Masonic National Memorial and close to Lyceum. Our hotel is within close proximity of Market Square and Athenaeum.

Our ideal Old Town Alexandria location is perfect to enjoy waterfront dining boutique shopping and 18th- and 19th-century architecture. Explore Old Town Alexandria via the free King Street trolley or take the nearby water taxi to enjoy the day in DC or National Harbor.

A Director of Food and Beverage directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service. Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation. Implements effective controls of food beverage and labor costs. Ensures compliance with health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness standards. Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service. Interviews trains supervises counsels schedules and evaluates staff.
