Job Summary

Job Purpose:

Managing workshop operations supervising technicians ensuring high-quality vehicle repairs and achieving workshop productivity and efficiency targets while maintaining safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise workshop technicians to maximize productivity.
• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues accurately.
• Ensure the correct identification and installation of spare parts.
• Monitor repair quality before vehicle delivery.
• Track daily workshop KPIs efficiency and carry-over.Plan and allocateworkshop jobs based on technician capabilities and workload.
• Follow up on delayed and repeat repairs and take corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and repair procedures.
• Coordinate with Technical Support Training and Warranty teams.
• Maintain safety discipline and operational standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Automotive Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostic tools and repair procedures.
• Experience in workshop operations and technician performancemanagement.
• Leadership ability with experience managing technical teams.
• Organized detail-oriented and KPI-driven.
