Architectural Tendering & Pricing Engineer

•Location: Head Office , Nasr City

•Experience: 2 – 5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

•Study tender documents (drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract conditions) thoroughly to understand project scopes and risks.

•Perform detailed and accurate quantity takeoff for all architectural finishing and masonry items.

•Send Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors, followed by technical and commercial comparison sheets.

•Build detailed unit rate analyses (materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs).

•Prepare technical and commercial tender submittals, value engineering proposals, and tender clarifications.

•Participate in pre-tender and post-tender meetings and contract negotiations.

Qualifications & Skills:

•Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering.

•2 to 5 years of proven experience in architectural pricing, cost estimation, and tendering in a general contracting firm.

•High proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD; familiarity with estimation software/Revit is a plus.

•Strong market awareness regarding materials, current market prices, suppliers, and local vendors.
