Role: Responsible for maintaining and following up on production line equipment and ensuring its good technical condition. Responsibilities: 1- Follow up on the technical condition of production line equipment and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). 2- Perform corrective maintenance in case of any electrical breakdown in the production lines. 3- Carry out preventive maintenance for production lines according to the maintenance schedule throughout the year. 4- Review spare parts warehouse inventory (maximum, minimum, and reorder levels) and inform the direct manager in case of poor quality of spare parts used in maintenance work. 5- Follow occupational health, safety, and food safety procedures inside the factory and report any violations. 6- Periodically organize, arrange, and clean the workplace. 7- Look for various improvement and development opportunities and submit ideas to the direct manager. 8- Work according to the W&M system and ensure accurate calculation and recording of corrective and preventive maintenance times on the SAP PM system.
