1. Monitoring and Protection:
Monitoring the company's entrances and exits to prevent unauthorized entry or exit.
Verifying the identity of visitors and recording their details.
Inspecting vehicles upon entry and exit if necessary.
Monitoring security cameras (CCTV) and reporting any suspicious activity.
2. Maintaining Order and Discipline:
Preventing fights or inappropriate behavior within the company.
Monitoring compliance of employees and visitors with security and safety policies.
Handling emergency situations calmly and effectively.
3. Emergency Response:
Taking immediate action in cases of fire, theft, accidents, or disasters.
Providing first aid if needed (if qualified).
Evacuating the building according to established emergency plans.
4. Periodic Inspection:
Conducting regular inspection rounds inside and outside the facility to ensure there are no threats or hazards.
Ensuring the safety of doors, windows, alarms, and fire systems.
