Key Responsibilities

-Deploy and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and Group requirements.

-Develop, review, and update quality procedures, processes, and documentation.

-Support process owners in implementing and improving quality processes.

-Monitor QMS effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

Plan and conduct internal audits.

-Coordinate preparations for ISO, customer, and Group audits.

-Follow up on audit findings, corrective actions, and their effectiveness.

-Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and requirements.

-Monitor and analyze quality KPIs and trends.

-Coordinate root cause analysis and corrective actions.

-Support continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.

-Promote best practices and lessons learned across the organization.

-Raise awareness of ISO 9001 requirements and quality standards.

-Identify training needs and deliver relevant quality training.

-Prepare QMS and quality performance reports for Management.

-Support Management Reviews and follow up on resulting actions.

-Escalate significant quality risks, recurring issues, and non-conformities.

-Effective deployment and maintenance of ISO 9001 requirements.

-Successful certification and surveillance audits.

-Completion of internal audits according to plan.

-Timely closure of corrective actions.

-Reduction of recurring non-conformities and quality issues.

-Accurate monitoring and reporting of quality KPIs.

Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.

-Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance or related roles within an industrial/manufacturing environment.

-Experience in the electronics and home appliance industry is highly preferred

-Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems.

-Experience in internal auditing and corrective action management.

-Strong knowledge of root cause analysis and quality tools.

-Good understanding of process approach and risk-based thinking.

-Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.

-Experience in quality reporting and KPI management.

-Good understanding of manufacturing processes.

-Proficiency in ERP/QMS systems and MS Office.
