Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms with a strong focus on generating high-quality leads improving conversion rates managing advertising budgets efficiently and delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Plan launch manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads Meta Ads LinkedIn Ads and other relevant platforms.
  
• Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend based on campaign performance.
  
• Continuously improve CPL CPA Conversion Rate and ROAS.
  
• Develop audience targeting segmentation and retargeting strategies.
  
• Conduct A/B testing across ads audiences creatives messaging and landing pages.
  
• Track the customer journey from Ad Lead Qualified Lead Conversion.
  
• Analyze campaign data to identify performance issues growth opportunities and optimization actions.
  
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations.
  
• Collaborate with Sales CRM Content and Creative teams to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
  
• Test new acquisition channels and strategies to identify scalable growth opportunities.
  

Requirements

• 5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing Paid Media or Digital Acquisition.
  
• Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  
• Practical experience with LinkedIn Ads.
  
• Strong understanding of lead generation conversion optimization audience targeting and retargeting.
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  
• Good understanding of CPL CPA CAC ROAS ROI and Conversion Rate.
  
• Experience managing advertising budgets and improving spend efficiency.
  
• Good knowledge of conversion tracking and campaign measurement.
  
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of performance.
  

Preferred

• Experience with TikTok Ads and other paid advertising platforms.
  
• Experience with GA4 Google Tag Manager Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
  
• Experience in Real Estate SaaS Technology Marketplaces or other lead-generation businesses.
  
• Experience managing multiple campaigns audiences and acquisition channels simultaneously.
  
• Experience integrating paid campaigns with CRM systems and lead automation.
  
• Strong reporting and performance dashboard skills.
