About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead global commercial strategy revenue growth and market expansion for a fastgrowing sustainable fruit & citrus ingredients business. This is a highimpact executive role driving Sales Marketing Category Management and Business Development across international markets (US Europe GCC).

The ideal leader brings deep B2B food ingredients expertise a strong citrus background and an established global customer network with traders blenders beverage manufacturers and industrial food companies.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a global commercial strategy for fruit & citrus ingredients
Drive revenue growth market penetration and customer retention
Lead Sales Marketing Category Directors and Business Development teams
Oversee strategic accounts partnerships and distribution channels
Shape marketspecific product portfolios and innovation roadmaps
Build strong relationships with traders blenders B2B manufacturers
Lead pricing strategy margin optimization and P&L performance

Requirements

• 20 years in commercial leadership
• 7 years in senior executive roles
• Strong background in B2B food ingredients (mandatory)
• Citrus ingredients experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record with top international companies
• Experience in juices concentrates IQF fruit derivatives
• Global market experience in US & Europe (mandatory)
