The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring of qualified candidates across different departments, including production, engineering, quality, supply chain, sales, finance, administration, and other corporate functions.

The successful candidate should be highly organized, capable of handling multiple vacancies simultaneously, and focused on both speed and quality of hiring.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3–7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food manufacturing, or industrial companies is highly preferred.

• Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.

• Strong experience using LinkedIn and online recruitment platforms.

• Good understanding of CV screening and competency-based interviewing.

• Strong communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to evaluate candidates objectively and provide clear recommendations to hiring managers.

• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

• Good command of Microsoft Office.

• Experience with HR or recruitment systems is preferred; Odoo experience is an advantage.

• Good command of English and Arabic.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.
