Role Description The Senior Mechanical Site Executive Engineer HVAC role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo. The role is responsible for overseeing HVAC mechanical works at project sites, including supervising installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with project management, contractors, and consultants; reviewing mechanical drawings and CAD models; conducting site inspections; and resolving technical issues during execution. The engineer will prepare technical reports, monitor progress against project schedules, support cost control, and contribute to risk assessments and corrective actions. This position also involves mentoring junior engineers and technicians, ensuring documentation accuracy, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
Qualifications

• Strong Mechanical Engineering foundation with demonstrated experience in HVAC systems design, installation, and site execution.
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for reviewing and coordinating mechanical and HVAC drawings.
• Hands-on experience in Maintenance and Inspection of mechanical and HVAC equipment, with a focus on reliability and safety.
• Background in Automotive or related mechanical systems is beneficial for understanding complex mechanical components and controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline; advanced HVAC-related certifications are an asset.
• Knowledge of relevant mechanical and building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards for HVAC installations.
• Ability to lead site teams, coordinate with multidisciplinary stakeholders, and manage time, resources, and priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and reporting skills, with clear written and verbal communication in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Previous experience in project-based environments, preferably in construction or building services in Egypt or similar markets.
