Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Civil Engineer role based in El Mansoura. The Senior Civil Engineer will lead the design and review of civil engineering projects, including site layouts, infrastructure systems, and stormwater solutions. Responsibilities include preparing and checking drawings and calculations, coordinating with project managers, architects, and contractors, and ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations. The role involves planning project phases, monitoring progress and quality, resolving technical issues on-site, and providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. The Senior Civil Engineer will also participate in client meetings, support tender and bid preparations, and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and experience working as a Civil Engineer on infrastructure or building projects.
• Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design, including site design, grading, and utility layout.
• Experience in Planning and project coordination, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Knowledge of Stormwater Management principles and related design standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• Proficiency with relevant engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or equivalent).
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Prior experience in a senior or lead engineering role and in on-site construction environments is highly beneficial.
