Position: | Senior Salies LV _ MV Panels Engineer

Reporting To: Sales, Marketing & Tendering Manager

We are looking for an experienced | Senior Salies LV _ MV Panels Engineerto join our team and drive profitable sales growth for LV/MV Electrical Panels and related solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies within assigned markets and customer segments.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop key accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Consultants, Contractors, EPCs, Project Owners, Industrial Customers, Panel Builders, and Distributors.
• Identify and qualify leads through market research, tender portals, consultant listings, and contractor pipelines.
• Understand customer technical requirements and provide suitable electrical solutions.
• Coordinate with Tendering and Engineering Teams to prepare accurate technical and commercial offers.
• Review SLDs (Single Line Diagrams), specifications, and technical requirements.
• Support component selection and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare competitive quotations while maintaining targeted profit margins.
• Follow up on submitted offers, negotiate with customers, and support order closing.
• Maintain continuous communication with customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover after order award.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Solid experience in Sales / Business Development / Tendering within the electrical industry.
• Strong knowledge of LV/MV Panels, Switchgear, Electrical Distribution Systems, and related solutions.
• Good understanding of SLDs, electrical specifications, and technical offers.
• Experience dealing with consultants, contractors, EPC companies, and industrial clients is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to understand pricing, margins, and business opportunities.
• Very good command of English.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
