Work Arrangement: Hybrid (office, remote, and field visits)

Location: Elsheikh Zayed / Giza / Egypt.

About the Role

You will lead the veterinary sales team and deliver sales targets across the feed-additive segments. You turn the commercial strategy into field execution, and you coach reps and track their performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign territories and targets to reps and track achievement weekly and monthly.
• Provide technical and sales coaching, including joint field visits.
• Manage key accounts: feed mills, integrated poultry companies, large dairy farms, and aquaculture farms.
• Monitor the pipeline and visit reports, and analyze performance gaps.
• Negotiate with large customers and distributors in coordination with management.
• Contribute to expansion plans, including identifying new distributors and opening new territories.
• Track competitors and pricing, and submit a monthly report to management.
• Take part in product selection with the technical team.
• Support hiring and evaluate rep performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine or Agricultural Sciences. A postgraduate degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience selling feed additives, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role, in at least one of: poultry, large animals, or fish and shrimp.
• Strong network among feed mills, farms, and distributors.
• Ability to analyze numbers, plan, and report.
• Leadership, coaching, and negotiation skills.
• Good command of Excel and performance-tracking tools.

KPIs

• Team target achievement, customer base growth, individual rep performance, customer retention, collections.
