Role Description The ERP Accountant is a full-time, on-site role based in Badr City, responsible for managing and recording financial transactions within the company’s ERP system. Daily tasks include posting journal entries, maintaining general ledger accounts, reconciling balances, and preparing periodic financial reports and analyses. The role involves monitoring inventory and cost data, ensuring accurate reflection of production activities for metallic and wooden products, and coordinating with production, procurement, and warehousing teams to validate data in the ERP. The ERP Accountant will support budgeting and forecasting, assist in month-end and year-end closing, and ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant accounting standards. The role also includes troubleshooting ERP-related accounting issues, supporting system improvements, and providing accurate, timely information to management.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger, journal entries, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience working with ERP systems for accounting and inventory, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to analyze financial data, perform reconciliations, and support budgeting and cost control.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other standard office applications for financial analysis and reporting.
• Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with finance, production, and operations teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Badr City, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
• Experience in industrial, metallic, or wooden manufacturing sectors is a plus.
