We're hiring a Treasury Accountant

Role Description

• Monitor daily cash balances across all project bank accounts.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts for ongoing projects.
• Process local and international payments to suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and government authorities.
• Coordinate with banks regarding transfers, checks, and other banking facilities.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor project collections and customer receipts to maintain adequate liquidity.
• Follow up on client payments, progress billing collections, and retention releases.
• Prepare periodic treasury and cash Flow reports for management.
• Assist in managing project funding requirements and cash availability for project execution.
• Occasional assistance with some general accounting tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Treasury and General Accounting.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering, or project-based industries is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles.
• Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Fluent in English
