Pinerium is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical General Accountant to support daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and financial record management across the organization.
This role is responsible for handling accounting entries, reconciliations, financial documentation, expense tracking, accounts management, and supporting financial operations while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company financial procedures.
The ideal candidate will have strong numerical accuracy, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage accounting activities efficiently in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Operations

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting entries.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and financial documentation.
• Maintain organized accounting records and supporting financial documents.

• Assist in preparing financial reports, summaries, and accounting statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations regularly.
• Monitor expenses, budgets, and financial transactions accurately.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Ensure accounting activities comply with company policies and financial regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
• Support audit preparation and financial documentation reviews.
• Assist in verifying financial records and transaction accuracy.

• Coordinate with Operations, HR, and Management teams regarding financial processes.
• Support payroll coordination and expense tracking activities when required.
• Assist in improving accounting workflows and operational efficiency.
• Monitor payment schedules and financial follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate accounting data within accounting systems and spreadsheets.
• Prepare financial reports and accounting summaries for management.
• Support financial analysis and reporting activities.
• Stay updated with accounting best practices and financial procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience with accounting systems, ERP systems, or financial software.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and financial accuracy.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Additional Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop.
• Must be a non-smoker (all types).
