About the job Business analyst manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, goals, and challenges.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for developers.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to gather requirements.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including user stories, process flows, and use cases.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure the delivered solution meets business objectives.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend improvements to current systems or processes.
- Support testing efforts by defining test cases, reviewing results, and addressing issues.
- Monitor project progress, resolve roadblocks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or similar project management and documentation tools.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with wireframing or prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq).
- Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA are a plus.
