We’re Hiring | Planning & Budgeting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the organization’s financial plans and budgets in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders.
• Monitor spending across the organization, hotels, and casino to ensure compliance with approved budgets.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and provide recommendations when needed.
• Prepare regular financial reports and provide clear insights into budget performance.
• Analyze financial data and forecast future planning and budgeting requirements.
• Review spending, cost allocation, and budget utilization and recommend necessary improvements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial and budgetary laws and regulations.
• Evaluate and improve budgetary controls.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to support effective decision-making.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Economics.
• CMA certification.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position within the same industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PI Microsoft.
• Good knowledge of Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High level of diligence and accuracy.
