Role Description The Application Senior Supervisor (AI / LLM & .Net) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. This position oversees the design, development, and maintenance of AI and large language model solutions integrated with .NET applications to support Xceed’s operations and business processes. Daily responsibilities include supervising a team of application developers and technical specialists, reviewing solution architectures, ensuring code quality, and coordinating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure systems. The role involves monitoring application performance, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and collaborating with infrastructure and support teams to ensure high availability and compliance with internal standards. The Application Senior Supervisor also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, mentors team members, and supports the implementation of best practices in software engineering and AI adoption.

Requirements:-

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 6 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, and .NET.

- Experience with PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server.

- Knowledge of React or Angular.

- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, AWS, or Azure is a plus.

- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integration and modern software architecture.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Fluent in English.
