Role Description The Sales Supervisor (Real Estate) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role oversees a sales team, sets daily and weekly targets, and monitors performance to ensure achievement of individual and team objectives. The Sales Supervisor coordinates property listings, organizes client meetings and site visits, and ensures consistent, high-quality customer interactions throughout the sales cycle. Responsibilities include mentoring and training team members, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and analyzing market trends to refine sales strategies. The role also involves collaborating with management and marketing to align sales initiatives with company goals and maintain strong relationships with developers and clients.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, sales performance metrics, and customer trends.
• Proven team management experience, including supervising sales staff, setting targets, and providing performance feedback.
• Demonstrated customer service skills, with the ability to manage client inquiries, handle objections, and support long-term relationships.
• Excellent communication skills for clear presentations, negotiations, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in training team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement practices.
• Previous experience in real estate sales or property consulting is highly desirable.
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt and be available for client meetings, site visits, and extended hours when required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
