Company Description 4Level1 provides comprehensive English language programs tailored to adults and young adults, with courses aligned to international CEFR standards. Its curriculum is designed to support academic, professional, and social success for students. 4Level1 delivers both online and face-to-face classes, teaching students across the Middle East remotely and offering in-person instruction in Riyadh.
Role Description The English Teacher role at 4Level1 is a full-time, on-site position based in Qesm El Maadi. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging English lessons that align with CEFR standards and the organization’s communicative curriculum. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and materials, delivering instruction to adults and young adults, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to support learning. The teacher will also participate in curriculum refinement, collaborate with colleagues on best practices, maintain accurate records of student performance, and contribute to a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with experience instructing adults and young adults.
- Candidates should possess solid Lesson Planning and Education skills, including the ability to design lessons aligned with CEFR standards.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both in the classroom and when interacting with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; relevant teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) are an advantage.
- Experience teaching in communicative, learner-centered environments; familiarity with CEFR-aligned curricula is preferred.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics, support diverse learning needs, and use digital tools to enhance instruction.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
