Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for English Customer Support Agents based in New Cairo. In this position, team members respond to customer inquiries in English via phone, chat, or email, ensuring timely and accurate information. Daily tasks include resolving issues, providing guidance on products or services, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when needed. Agents are expected to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, follow defined procedures, and document interactions in internal systems. The role also involves meeting performance targets, participating in training, and collaborating with colleagues to improve service quality.
Qualifications

• Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
• Ability to maintain high Customer Satisfaction through empathy, patience, and professional interaction.
• Clear and effective Communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Basic Troubleshooting abilities to identify issues, suggest solutions, and guide customers step by step.
• Relevant academic background, preferably recent graduates or candidates with equivalent education.
• Comfort working on-site in New Cairo on a full-time schedule, including shifts if required.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow structured processes and guidelines.
• Prior experience in customer support or contact center environments is an advantage but not mandatory.
